Depression is not frequent in circles where there are strong relationships ties,whether they are through marriage,family,work,or friendships.Therefore,it is important to be part of a happy family,or to be surrounded by good friends,or to have good work environment,or all three,because these relationships are safeguards against depression.However,how can all of this be accomplished?

It is surprising how a weakened state of mind can rapidly change when you occupy yourself with some kind of activity.To avoid depression,take action and find something to do.Perhaps it might be difficult to pay attention to visit to a friend or talk with a neighbour,but these feeling occurs only in the beginning.Once the activity has begun,you will notice that it is easier to continue.Occupy yourself with tasks that bring you satisfaction and that are productive and uplifting:straighten up your house, fix something, or talk with someone special on the phone.
